Job Description Contract-to-Hire | Remote During Contract | Relocation to Springfield, MO Required Upon Conversion Capstone IT is partnering with one of the nation's leading retail organizations to identify a Senior Oracle Database Administrator who will support highly available, enterprise Oracle environments powering mission-critical retail operations. This is an opportunity to join a mature infrastructure team responsible for the reliability, performance, and scalability of large Oracle database platforms supporting thousands of users across the enterprise. You'll play a key role in database administration, performance optimization, disaster recovery, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is structured as a six-month contract-to-hire to support an accelerated hiring process. Candidates may work remotely during the contract engagement but must be willing to relocate to Springfield, Missouri within six months of converting to a full-time employee.
