Job Description:

Role Overview
We are seeking a technically curious and execution-oriented intern to support our Mass Marketing team across data, AI-enabled workflows, and digital experience improvements. This role will focus on improving data quality, applying AI tools to increase efficiency, and helping build more intuitive user-facing experiences, while also supporting key in-person events and academic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Data & AI Tooling

  • Clean, structure, and maintain marketing and customer datasets to improve usability and accuracy
  • Use AI tools to automate data cleansing, deduplication, tagging, and enrichment processes
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in existing data and recommend scalable improvements
  • Support development of lightweight tools or utilities that help teams select the right marketing tools, datasets, or solutions

Digital Experience & Website Optimization

  • Partner with stakeholders to improve website usability, navigation, and overall user experience
  • Use AI-assisted approaches to evaluate content structure, searchability, and engagement
  • Help prototype and test improvements that make the website more intuitive and user-friendly
  • Analyze user behavior and suggest data-driven enhancements

AI-Driven Workflow Innovation

  • Evaluate and apply AI tools to streamline internal marketing workflows (content generation, research, reporting, etc.)
  • Help document and scale best practices for AI usage across the team
  • Experiment with new tools and provide recommendations on adoption and use cases

Events & Academic Program Support

  • Support planning and execution of in-person academic seminars, including logistics, materials, and attendee coordination
  • Assist with the Microchip Masters event, including preparation, on-site support, and post-event follow-up

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong interest in AI tools and practical applications (not just theory)
  • Experience working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools (SQL or Python is a plus)
  • Comfortable figuring things out independently and experimenting with new tools
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
