Job description

SQL Developer

We are seeking a SQL Developer to join our team. The selected candidate will work on a hybrid schedule consisting of two (2) days each week onsite in Lansing, MI and three days each week remotely.

Project Overview: This position would be supporting the creation of educational grants and Analytical Reports in the NexSys System. NexSys contains over 100 educational grant applications that are rolled over yearly with minor to major changes each year. Applications are configured primarily with a click not code interface using SQL for custom error checks and calculations. Analytical Reports are SQL based and provide end users with data insights for each grant. Strong SQL expertise and attention to detail are a strong must for this position

Skill - Required / Desired - Required Years of experience

Experience developing Systems with Microsoft SQL Server database - Required - 3 Year

Experience writing complex Stored Procedures, Functions, and Views - Required - 3 Years

Experience working in a team environment - Required - 3 Years

Experience with the Microsoft.NET programming language. (C#.NET and/or VB.NET) - Required - 3 Year

Experience with Federal, State or local grant management systems - Highly Desired - 2 Year
