Job Overview:

Pay Range: $47.00hr - $52.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Emerson Syncade MES.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration and development.
  • Proven experience in performance tuning and optimization of Syncade-based applications.
  • Strong expertise in SQL query tuning, stored procedures, indexing, database design, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Good understanding of Syncade integrations, interfaces, and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex MES production environments.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage directly with business and technical stakeholders and provide architecture-level recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical SME for Emerson Syncade MES applications and underlying architecture.
  • Analyze and resolve complex performance issues within Syncade MES applications and associated SQL Server databases.
  • Perform SQL Server performance tuning, including query optimization, indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and database health assessments.
  • Support troubleshooting and optimization of Syncade integrations, interfaces, and data flows with enterprise systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of application, database, and integration performance bottlenecks.
