Position: SQL DBA (Azure SQL & Performance Tuning)
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Job Summary:

We are looking for a strong SQL DBA with solid experience in performance tuning and Azure SQL. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with database administration, optimization, and troubleshooting, and be comfortable working in an onsite environment with occasional weekend support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain SQL Server databases in production environments
  • Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Administer and support Azure SQL databases
  • Monitor database health, availability, and security
  • Handle backups, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
  • Work closely with developers to optimize queries and database design
  • Provide support during weekends or off-hours when required
