Job Title: Programmer Analyst (.NET / PL-SQL Developer)

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Interview Mode: Video + In-Person Required

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst with strong backend development and production support experience. The role involves supporting critical enterprise applications and participating in development, deployment, troubleshooting, and operational support activities.

Candidates must be comfortable supporting high-priority systems, including occasional evening/weekend deployments and production support activities.

Required Skills:
• Strong experience with PL/SQL and backend development
• Hands-on experience with .NET / C#
• Experience with Web Services, SOAP, XML
• Strong production support background
• Experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server
• ASP.NET / Web API development experience
• Experience working in enterprise application environments
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Preferred Skills:
• Linux environment experience
• Utility / Oil & Gas domain experience
• Work Order Management Systems experience
• Experience with Service Suite or similar platforms

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications
• Perform backend development and database programming
• Handle production support and issue resolution
• Create and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, and database objects
• Support deployments, rollouts, and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and support teams
• Participate in system testing, failover testing, and disaster recovery activities
• Prepare technical and deployment documentation
• Support off-hours production deployments when required

Required Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in application development and support
• Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Web Services
• Experience with SDLC methodologies including Agile/Scrum
• Strong communication and coordination skills
