Sr. Data Developer

Charter Communications/ Spectrum

Team: Data Insights - WiFi & Internet

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Please Note: this position requires a hybrid work schedule – 3-days onsite/ 2-day remote per week.

Position Duration: Starting as 12-18-month contract position with intent to convert direct-hire. This is an ongoing need and is not attached to a specified end-date.

?

Interview Process:

1.       Take-home Glider Assessment (SQL)

2.       30-minute Webex Panel with 2 team members running through:

Description of the team

Projects they're working on from a business perspective

Live SQL exercise to make sure there was no foul play with the glider assessment

3.       1 hour Webex Panel with 4 team members

Project Details:

Analyzing Data to support their Internet & WiFi teams/ customers

Required Skills & Experience:

·        5+ years of SQL experience

·         Data visualization and analysis experience

·         Tableau (preferred_

o   Also alternatively open to: PowerBI or similar tools like Tableau

Nice to Have Skills:

·         Version control experience

o   Git

Day to Day responsibilities:

·         Team is great at getting new members ramped up quickly - From as skillset perspective, familiarizing them with their processes on:

o   Working with data sets & writing queries

o   SQL

o   Athena

o   Tableau

·         Ease them into the heavier lifting from a technical perspective

o   AWS - EC2, Lambda, sat functions, etc.
Compensation 
Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr
