Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various databases and systems. Your technical proficiency and organizational skills will ensure that information is entered efficiently, securely, and with precision. Duties

  • Enter and update data into multiple database systems, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platforms and specialized database software
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, to perform data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks
  • Manage large volumes of information with high accuracy using 10-key typing skills and keyboard shortcuts
  • Create, format, and maintain spreadsheets with pivot tables, formulas, and charts for data analysis purposes
  • Handle confidential information with strict adherence to privacy policies and security protocols
  • Organize files systematically through electronic filing systems and physical document management
  • Collect data from various sources, verify its accuracy, and ensure completeness for reporting purposes
