Join the Nalley Consulting team as an Application Developer in Washington, D.C.
Position: Application Developer
LCAT: Mid and Senior
Location: DIA HQ, Washington, D.C.
Type: Hybrid, with approximately 2 days per week onsite.
Required clearance: TS/SCI with willingness to take CI poly. Candidates with current CI poly taken within the past seven years will be prioritized.
Required experience: At least 8 years for Senior; at least 6 years for Mid.
Required education (Senior): Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience or master's degree and 8+ years of experience.

Requirements:
  • Experience with application or software development.
  • Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, including packages, procedures, and functions
  • Experience using Node.js with Typescript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch
  • Experience developing and supporting applications anchored in Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and newer implementations, and different or emerging technologies, including cloud and AI
  • Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL development, including procedures and functions
  • Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C#, Java, or web services
  • Experience writing web service calls and performing application to database integration
  • Experience working for HHS clients, including NIH
  • Experience with JSON, Java, JavaScript, SharePoint, XML, VBAs, Oracle, MongoDB, Solr, SQL, Open AI, or other AI technologies
  • Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment.
