About the Role:
Delivery & Distribution Solutions L is looking for driven, entrepreneurial Owner-Operators to run regional Sprinter Van routes out of Solon, OH. This is your chance to be your own boss while partnering with a company that sets you up for success. Responsibilities:
  • Operate your own Sprinter Van on assigned regional delivery routes in and around Solon, OH
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of packages and freight to customers
  • Maintain vehicle safety standards, cleanliness, and DOT compliance
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding route status and delivery updates
  • Manage daily route manifests, proof of delivery documentation, and electronic logging
  • Handle loading, unloading, and proper securing of cargo
  • Represent the company professionally at every customer touchpoint
Requirements:
  • Must own or have access to a Sprinter Van or similar cargo van in good working condition
  • Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
