Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity to treat and care for patients with various aspects of Endocrinology and Metabolic disorders, including thyroid and adrenal diseases, osteoporosis, hormonal imbalances and more
  • Work in collaboration with other physicians and advanced practice clinicians on the team and across departments
  • Focus on seeing patients 18 years of age and older
  • Monday through Friday schedule with option for 4- or 5-day work week; no nights, no weekends, no inpatient call
  • Patient Schedule: Average of 16-20 patients per day
  • Medical Assistant and support staff
  • Growth position in a well-established clinic in Springfield, OR

Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license or the ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Current Oregon DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Board Eligible or Board Certification in Endocrinology

EMR Proficient Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience preferred but not required
  • EPIC experience preferred but not required

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $227,000 - $373,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
