Spring Path Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and fully licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in providing transformative mental health services. Work Environment

As a remote clinician at Spring Path Counseling, you will engage in a supportive virtual work environment. Our outpatient services are designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will have the flexibility to schedule your sessions, accommodating both traditional hours and evenings or weekends, ensuring comprehensive care for those we serve. Our tech-enabled approach ensures seamless collaboration with colleagues and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health concerns of clients, employing tools and methodologies consistent with best practices.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each clientโ€™s unique needs and therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to address specific mental health disorders and promoting effective coping strategies.
  • Engage in a multidisciplinary approach by collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to enhance treatment efficacy and ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Provide educational resources and support to clientsโ€™ families, fostering an environment that encourages active participation in their loved ones' recovery journeys.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data protection.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. Qualifications
  • A current and valid license in either Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated training or extensive clinical experience in mental health counseling, showcasing effective therapeutic techniques.
  • An in-depth understanding of evidence-based practices necessary for treating a range of mental health disorders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients throughout their healing journeys.
