What You'll Do
  • Gain hands-on experience in the accounting services industry.
  • Participate in our intern orientation, technical training and development programs designed to expose you to both tax and audit and to give you the tools needed to immediately contribute to clients.
  • Shadowing and performing procedures on various financial statement areas, including cash, accounts receivable, fixed assets, other assets, and accounts payable.
  • Gaining experience with various types of software, such as software used for bookkeeping, tracking fixed assets, and preparing tax returns and assurance work-papers.
  • Reviewing client financial statements and recording any necessary adjustments.
  • Working on payroll and 1099 annual filing requirements.
  • Work directly with a variety of clients across multiple industries ranging from start-ups and family-run businesses to multi-national corporations.
