Nurse Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading and supporting direct care staff to ensure safe medication administration, treatments, documentation, and care planning

  • Daily resident visits to assess physical and emotional status

  • Monitoring medication, medical supply, and equipment inventory

  • Ensuring proper use and disposal of PPE

  • Promoting resident dignity, independence, and safety

  • Maintaining standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control

  • Providing excellent service to residents, families, guests, vendors, and team members
