• Promote physical fitness by enhancing patients’ strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

• Evaluate patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as required to promote recovery and improve outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient encounters and treatment outcomes within EMR software.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• An active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Virginia is mandatory.

• Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and evaluating exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, especially WebPT, ensuring accurate patient records and compliance with industry standards.

• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, particularly with orthopedic and sports injury patients.
• Previous involvement in developing and facilitating wellness initiatives or community outreach programs.
• Background in utilizing innovative treatment modalities that enhance patient outcomes.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
