Job description

Join a dedicated team committed to enhancing and maintaining client properties through effective weed control and pest management. As a Chemical Applicator/Spray Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality, and satisfaction of our clients by applying chemical treatments and maintaining equipment. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, develop technical skills, and contribute to a supportive and safety-focused work environment. Responsibilities
  • Apply chemical treatments for weed control and pest management at assigned client properties under the direction of the field supervisor.
  • Maintain and organize chemical inventory to ensure adequate supplies for scheduled applications.
  • Inspect and maintain chemical application equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Check and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) to meet company and safety standards.
  • Keep assigned vehicles clean and in good working order, reporting any issues promptly to the field supervisor.
  • Accurately record chemical applications using company-designated software.
  • Submit receipts for purchases to the field supervisor daily.
  • Ensure company phone or tablet is charged and ready for use each day.
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the field supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Experience with chemical application is preferred but not required; CO/QS license is a plus.
  • Valid Colorado Driver’s License required.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to safety and risk reduction.
  • Experience with Aspire software is preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. for short periods and performing physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, and carrying for extended periods.
  • Professional, reliable, and results-oriented with a positive outlook and strong interpersonal skills.
