Our client in St.Charles is seeking Machine Operators! YOU MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON A 8AM-4:30PM SCHEDULE FOR THE FIRST DAY

 Equipment Set-up and Operation
o Set up equipment using computer controlled equipment
o Record operational data accurately on specified forms
o Clean and disassemble equipment
o Prepare tooling for changeovers and perform machine changeovers
o Obtain and run samples to test batch quality and cleanliness
o Conduct cabin powder collection to reduce waste
o Relieve co-workers for breaks
o Maintain cleanliness of work station and meet 7S requirements
o Follow Lean Manufacturing principles
o Responsible for operation of extruders, mill, sieve
 Packaging
o Package and label finished goods in designated carton boxes
o Stack finished goods on appropriate skids
o Organize carton boxes effectively and change them in a timely manner
o Document all packaging on specified forms
 Quality Practices
o Spray test panels, hand screen, and perform and document a number of in process quality
checks
o Continually monitor production runs to detect defects or deviations from standards
o Conduct quality checks as required  Other / additional responsibilities
o Participate in department meetings
o Interact with co-workers, peers and supervisor in a constructive, productive and
cooperative manner to meet production needs
o Regular, predictable, on-site attendance is an essential function of the job
o Drive Full Responsibility and Advice Process throughout the Organization
