Responsibilities:
Finishing Department:
  • Prepare products for staining or painting.
  • Stain product by hand wiping method or through spray line/booth.
  • Wrap, label, and load products for delivery.

Milling Department:
  • Receive and record lumber.
  • Rip lumber for the molder.
  • Mold and Sand.

Skills Needed:
  • Use & read a tape measure accurately.
  • Perform math calculations that include fractions.
  • Analyze problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications, and costs.
  • Strong communication skills: written, oral, and listening.
  • Adhere to procedures and safety policies.
  • Quality-conscious.

Additional Skills that would be a plus:
  • Construction, carpentry, millwork, or finishing knowledge.
  • Experience with hand and power tools or commercial woodworking machinery.
