Job description

The Paint Line Operator team member will be responsible for painting the various fiberglass products needing coating and maintaining the necessary supplies for running the paint booth.
Duties and Responsibilities
The list of Duties and Responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
  • Spray coat any fiberglass product needing in-house painting.
  • Provide preventive maintenance of the spray booth.
  • Perform other miscellaneous painting duties as needed and keep spray booth area neat and clean.
  • Collect data, as trained, to assist in quality control, scrap identification or any other continuous improvement project.
  • When time allows, assist in any area of the Assembly Department needing help or backup.
  • Assist in taking inventories as needed.
  • Work overtime as business needs require.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and directed.
  • Comply with Strongwell guidelines, rules, and procedures as contained in the Employee Handbook and miscellaneous memos.
