Job description

We are searching for an individual who finds joy & passion in the cabinetry finishing realm. Who admires a finish product and is proud to put there name on their work. 10 years experience with spray finishing equipment is required. Leading and directing the Finishing Department would be the main focus and expectation. Seeing that we are a small highly custom cabinet shop will require the Lead Finisher to also help out in other aspects of the cabinetry process, listed below but not limited to.


Responsibilities:

  • Task oriented leader keeping quality & schedule through the department.
  • Color matching of Client samples & creatively coming up with proprietary finishes
  • In house stain matching
  • Prepping cabinets for finishing
  • Keeping the spray shop organized, clean & professional
  • Foreword thinking to incorporate future efficiencies
