Job description

Are you an experienced spray painter or finisher looking for a stable career with a great schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow? Whether your background is in automotive painting, cabinet finishing, furniture finishing, residential or commercial painting, or another spray finishing environment, we'd like to talk with you.

Shenandoah Shutters is a family-owned manufacturer of premium custom hardwood plantation shutters. Due to continued growth, we're adding a Spray Finisher to our team in Richmond, VA.

What You'll Do

· Apply high-quality finishes to custom hardwood shutters using spray equipment.

· Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and inspecting materials.

· Maintain consistent finish quality and color standards.

· Operate and maintain spray equipment safely and efficiently.

· Work closely with a skilled production team to deliver exceptional craftsmanship.
