About Coastal Linings

Coastal Linings is a locally owned and growing truck accessory and commercial fleet upfitting company serving both retail and commercial customers. We install everything from trailer hitches and bed covers to complete commercial vehicle upfit packages. We're looking for a dependable, motivated technician who wants to learn, grow, and be part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Install truck and SUV accessories, including trailer hitches, bed covers, running boards, toolboxes, lighting, ladder racks, and other aftermarket products
  • Assist with commercial fleet upfits and larger installation projects
  • Learn professional spray-in bedliner installation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop
  • Inspect vehicles before and after installation
  • Follow installation instructions and quality standards
  • Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Support other technicians to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications

  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in automotive repair, aftermarket accessories, fabrication, or related trades is preferred but not required
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day
