Breeze Car Wash in Waterford, CT. Full and part-time positions starting at $16.50/per hour plus bonuses. Breeze Car Wash is more than your run-of-the-mill car wash. We are a brand-new state of the art car wash facility under construction that will be opening in September of 2024. We are focused on WOWING our customers with an experience like no other, offering the most technologically advanced car wash in the state of Connecticut with a team that will deliver a welcoming and professional customer experience. As a Breeze Car Wash team member, you will enjoy working in a productive and structured environment, providing exceptional customer service, and learning valuable information about the car care industry. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and listening skills with an outgoing personality. Customer-focused, friendly attitude with a strong work ethic and team player attitude with attention to detail. It is important to maintain a safe environment and be passionate about learning about our products and services and sharing that passion with our guests. Able to utilize technology throughout various platforms. MECHANICAL AND TECHNOLOGY APTITUDE is a plus.

Responsibilities: Provide a memorable and exciting experience for our guests. Assist guests at kiosks with wash selection and payment process. Ability to guide in cars and load them on conveyer efficiently and safely. Understand the value of our products and be able to recommend monthly car wash subscription memberships and explain the value of that program is a strong focus. Also, executing daily assigned checklists for car wash operations and a well-maintained, clean facility are all very important. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand for the entirety of a shift (excluding breaks). Must be able to work outdoors in all seasons. Must have good peripheral vision, senses, and a strong awareness of your surroundings, moving equipment and vehicles for both your own and others safety.

Dress Code: Employees are required to wear the Breeze CarWash polo shirt. Must wear dark blue or black colored jeans or khaki’s with no holes and non-slip, closed toed shoes in black, white or gray.

Benefits: Free car washes for employee’s personal vehicle. Opportunities for advancement, paid time off (for managerial candidates), and an initial paid training schedule. Opportunities to earn commissions depending on position.

Experience: Customer service experience a plus.

Driver's License preferred and reliable transportation to work is required.

High School or equivalent (Required).

Estimated Salary: $16.50 to $26 per hour based on qualifications and performance.
