Job Description:
We are currently hiring Spotters for a long-term project in McCordsville, IN. The primary responsibility of this role is to observe and assist technicians while they are operating lifts or working at elevated heights to ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Observe technicians while operating lifts or working from elevated platforms
  • Maintain awareness of surrounding safety conditions
  • Assist with additional site tasks as needed
  • Follow all job site safety procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality throughout the project

Requirements:

  • Ability to work onsite in a construction or industrial environment
  • Strong attention to safety and communication
  • Must provide own PPE:
    • Class E Rated Hardhat
    • Safety-Toed Boots
    • Safety Glasses
    • Hi-Vis Vest/Shirt

Additional Notes:

  • Attendance is a high priority for this project
