Job description

As Ring and Blink build the next generation of smart security, we are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Brand Media Lead in US & Canada. Brand Media - spanning YouTube, Audio, and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) - is a critical lever for driving awareness, consideration, and new to brand customers. In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of precision media buying and brand storytelling, operating hands on keyboard within platforms like Google Ads for YouTube, direct IOs with key audio partners and creators, and programmatic DOOH for contextual presence. You'll shape how Ring shows up across living rooms, commutes, public spaces, and headphones-translating cultural moments, audience insights, and media innovation into measurable brand impact at scale.
As a leader on the Ring & Blink Media team, this role balances hands-on execution with high-level strategic thinking. You'll champion experimentation, explore new technologies, and support business planning through leadership-facing documents and reporting. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, analytically sharp, and comfortable owning end-to-end media programs while influencing key marketing and business decisions.
Key job responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end brand media strategy and execution across YouTube, DOOH, and Audio for Ring and Blink, including audience approach, budget allocation, and full-funnel planning-leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance targeting precision and campaign efficiency
* Plan and execute YouTube campaigns across formats (TrueView, Bumpers, Shorts, Connected TV) with a focus on reach, frequency, and brand lift
* Develop and manage DOOH campaigns across programmatic and direct-buy inventory, leveraging contextual and location-based targeting
* Execute Audio campaigns across streaming platforms (Spotify, Amazon Music, Pandora) and podcasts, aligning messaging with audience listening behaviors
* Monitor daily pacing, campaign health, and budget allocations across all brand channels using AI-powered dashboards and anomaly detection to ensure efficiency and rapid course correction
* Execute detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness including reach/frequency analysis, brand lift studies, geo-testing, and media mix contribution-applying machine learning models to uncover incrementality and attribution insights
* Collaborate closely with analytics, product, creative, and media teams to align on goals and messaging
* Develop strategic business documentation and performance reviews for leadership
* Stay current on media updates, trends, and best practices to inform our roadmap
A day in the life
On a typical day, you will own the day-to-day performance and evolution of Ring's brand media program across YouTube, DOOH, Audio/Podcasts, and Experiential-using AI-powered audience targeting, predictive modeling, and automated optimization to drive reach, efficiency, and new-to-brand growth. You will monitor campaign pacing and platform signals, guide budget allocation decisions in real time, and translate AI-driven insights into clear actions across programmatic screens, streaming audio, and live experiences. In close partnership with creative, analytics, and cross-channel teams, you shape testing roadmaps, accelerate format experimentation, and ensure each platform's machine learning is fed high-quality audience and creative inputs to maximize measurable brand impact at scale.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
