We're looking for Experienced Fiberglass Laminators who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a strong team. If you like working with your hands and building something you can be proud of, we want to meet you.What You'll Do
As a Fiberglass Laminator, you'll help build our boats from the inside out.
Your job will include:
  • Build boat hulls, decks, and other fiberglass parts
  • Get molds ready by cleaning and checking them
  • Tape and prepare molds before fiberglass is applied
  • Mix resin and hardener
  • Apply fiberglass using hand tools and spray equipment
  • Roll out air bubbles for a smooth, strong finish
  • Trim and finish fiberglass parts
  • Repair parts when needed
  • Check your work to make sure it meets our quality standards
  • Keep your work area clean and safe
  • Help with other tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience with fiberglass lamination, gelcoat, or infusion
  • Able to safely use hand tools, air tools, grinders, saws, and drills
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Works well with others
  • Can keep up in a fast-paced workplace
  • Takes pride in doing quality work

Work Schedule
Monday-Thursday
5:00 AM-3:45 PM
Overtime, evenings, and weekends may be needed at times.Work Environment
This job is in our manufacturing plant. You'll work with fiberglass, resin, gelcoat, acetone, and other materials. Safety equipment, including protective clothing and masks, is required.
The lamination area is temperature-controlled, but the plant can still be warm and humid during the summer.Physical Requirements
You should be able to:
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stand, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the day
  • Get in and out of boats during your shift
  • Work on your feet for up to 10 hours
