Retail Store Associate – Monmouth Cards (Stamford, CT)

Location: Stamford, CT (In-Store, Part-Time/Full-Time)

Monmouth Cards is looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our new Stamford, CT location. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sports trading cards, customer service, and retail. As a key part of our in-store experience, you will assist customers, help maintain the store’s operations, and contribute to an exciting and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in finding the products they need, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Sales Support: Assist in sales transactions, process payments, and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Help organize, stock, and display trading cards and collectibles, ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new product releases and trends in the trading card and collectibles market to effectively assist customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with store leadership and fellow associates to meet store goals and deliver exceptional service.
