As our Senior Manager, Sales and Product Development , you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our suites, club seats, hospitality packages, and partnership-integrated offerings , including leading a team of sellers in this space . You will manage a portfolio of accounts while coaching and developing sellers to maximize individual and team performance, and serve as a resource to the broader sales team on premium business opportunities.

You will also contribute a strategic and market perspective to the positioning, pricing, and development of new and renovated premium spaces, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure premium offerings deliver an exceptional client experience.

Our ideal candidate for this role is a sales leader who is equally energized by coaching a team to success and supporting with closing deals. We’re looking for someone who understands the nuance s of sports sales, including premium hospitality, thinks like a strategist across pricing and products, and enjoys building client relationships that last for years, not just a season. DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Manage a team of sellers, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance support throughout the sales cycle
  • Lead regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions to build a high-performing, motivated team culture
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, deepening client relationships and finding opportunities for upsell, renewal, and expansion
  • Partner with Corporate Partnerships to develop and sell bundled premium and sponsorship packages that drive incremental value for clients and the organization
  • Oversee the representation of premium inventory, including suites, club seats, hospitality packages, and new premium products, with a consultative, client-first approach
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on the positioning, pricing, and sales strategy for new and renovated spaces at Moda Center
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, including suite holders, club seat members, and corporate partners, built on trust, responsiveness, and exceptional service
  • Represent the Blazers brand with energy and professionalism at games, events, and client entertainment opportunities

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE :

  • Demonstrated sales experience in professional sports, live entertainment, or hospitality
  • At least one year of experience lead ing , coach ing and develop ing sales professionals, including setting performance expectations, delivering feedback, and supporting individual growth
  • Experience in managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting and consultative selling through negotiation and close
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present persuasively to senior-level decision-makers and executive buyers
  • Proven skill in building and sustaining long-term client relationships that drive retention and revenue growth
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across the organization (e.g., with Corporate Partnerships, Marketing, Operations, Facilities) to achieve shared business goals
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent) to manage pipeline, accounts, and sales activity
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with shifting demands
