Our state-of-the-art, 5,000-square-foot sports medicine facility is equipped with the latest technology, allowing us to provide comprehensive orthopedic outpatient care. Work Environment

This full-time position requires an on-site presence at our clinic in Roseburg. The facility fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, where you will work alongside two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with patients to identify their rehabilitation goals and individualized treatment needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, creating customized treatment plans.
  • Deliver effective therapy sessions, managing 2-3 patients per hour while ensuring quality care.
  • Utilize a range of orthopedic treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise-based interventions.
  • Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to enhance their strength, flexibility, balance, and overall health.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of patient care services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Advocate for patients by promoting alternative treatments to reduce reliance on medications and avoid unnecessary surgeries.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves an orthopedic outpatient population, including individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Your role will involve working closely with clients of varying ages, striving to support their recovery goals and enhance their daily function. Through unique treatment plans tailored to individual needs, you will have the opportunity to create significant improvements in their functional capabilities and overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
  • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist License.
  • No board actions or disciplinary actions on your license.
  • Strong manual therapy skills and familiarity with exercise prescriptions.
  • Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, preferably WebPT.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, specifically within an orthopedic outpatient setting.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
Compensation and Benefits
