Who are Challenger Sports?Challenger understands that players, coaches, parents and administrators all have different needs and priorities, and by listening to our customers for over 25 years we have created a TOTAL SOCCER company that caters to everyone involved in the game. Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer people in the country and our team of 9 offices and 100 full time staff now provides a comprehensive range of Soccer services and products:
Academy Coach RoleStaff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams & players whilst following a set Challenger curriculum. This role will mainly involve
  • Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2- 16 years old)
  • Logbooks: keeping track of your hours & sessions
  • Session plans: use Challenger software to provide online session plans
  • Communication: to all parents/ players within our registration programs
  • Scheduling: follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on inclement weather

Compensation$20 - $35 gross per hour, based on qualifications & experience
LocationField sessions can be anywhere within a 1hr radius of your home
RequirementsMust be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
All staff must pass rigorous background check.
The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
Must have work authorization to work in the USA

What is TinyTykes?
TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.
