HEAL Vet is seeking an exceptional veterinarian to join our Personalized Pet Care team.

HEAL Vet is an independently owned/operated, multi-department veterinary practice in Dallas, Texas. Our mission is built around four core principles: supportingHealth, encouraging Enrichment, providing Advocacy, and promoting Longevity for every canine and feline patient we serve.

Rather than approaching veterinary care through a one-size-fits-all model, we emphasize thoughtful investigation, individualized recommendations, client education, and collaboration across disciplines.

Our practice includes four integrated departments:

Personalized Pet Care

is our modern take on old-school veterinary medicine: relationship-centered, thoughtful, and deeply connected to the patient and client, while supported by current diagnostic capabilities and evidence-informed care.

We focus on knowing our patients, understanding the full clinical picture, educating clients, and having the time to investigate concerns thoroughly. Our goal is high-quality medicine—not high-volume medicine—with access to advanced diagnostics, collaborative care, and individualized treatment planning when a case requires more than a routine approach.

Integrative Veterinary Medicine

supplemental therapies including acupuncture, ozone therapy, and other integrative support

Physical + Sports Medicine

advanced investigation and management of pain, mobility, orthopedic, neurologic, and performance-related concerns

Physical Rehabilitation

individualized and structured rehabilitation programs supporting recovery, mobility, strength, and long-term function

Practice With the Tools and Support You Need

Our facility provides extensive diagnostic and treatment capabilities to support the Personalized Pet Care veterinarian, including:

• Digital radiography
• Diagnostic ultrasound, including traditional and musculoskeletal ultrasound
• Dental radiography
• High-speed dental drill and ultrasonic scaler
• Dedicated surgical suite
• In-house laboratory capabilities and access to comprehensive reference laboratories
• Specialized nutritional and micronutrient testing
• Access to a broad network of veterinary specialists
• Collaborative in-house support from our Integrative Veterinary Medicine, Physical + Sports Medicine, and Rehabilitation teams

Our goal is to give veterinarians the resources to investigate problems thoroughly, develop thoughtful treatment plans, and provide clients with meaningful options for their pets.

HEAL Vet operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, with NO WEEKENDS.

Full-Time

• Four-day workweek
