CT / X-Ray Technologist (Dual Modality)

Location: Hamilton, Texas (Onsite) Work Type: Permanent Positions: 1 Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Shift Details:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • On-Call: 1–2 nights/week + every other weekend
  • Post Call: Monday off after on-call weekend
  • Response Time: 20 minutes required

The CT / X-Ray Technologist is responsible for performing both CT and radiographic imaging procedures across inpatient, emergency, and outpatient settings. This role requires strong technical expertise, flexibility, and the ability to work independently in a hospital environment.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2+ years of CT and/or X-Ray Technologist experience
  • ARRT Certification (Required)
  • Texas Radiologic Technologist License (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of CT and radiographic imaging procedures
  • Ability to meet 20-minute on-call response time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in hospital-based imaging (ED, inpatient, outpatient)
  • Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
  • Experience in dual-modality roles (CT + X-Ray)

Work Environment:

  • Hospital Radiology Unit
  • Covers Inpatient, Emergency Department, and Outpatient imaging
  • Team of 3–4 technologists across modalities (Mammo, X-Ray, CT, MRI)

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be flexible with call schedule and weekend coverage
  • Dress Code: Solid color scrubs
  • Professional appearance required (no facial piercings/tongue rings)
  • Must comply with mandatory flu vaccination policy
