Job Summary
As an i9 Sports Multi-Sport Coordinator, you are the face of the game-day experience across various sports programs. You will ensure activities run smoothly while actively coaching, officiating, and mentoring players and volunteer coaches. Your goal is to build strong relationships with parents and participants, ensuring the instructional and fun aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered every single week across all our sport offerings.
Qualifications
  • Communication: Excellent verbal skills and the ability to interact professionally with parents and children.
  • Sport Knowledge: Strong understanding and experience in coaching, officiating, or playing multiple sports (Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball, etc.).
  • Adaptability: A motivated self-starter who can solve problems independently and take charge in various situations across different sporting environments.
  • Commitment: Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the duration of the 6-week season.
  • Safety First: Constant awareness of the environment to ensure the physical and emotional safety of all players.
