Job Summary
The Assistant Site Manager is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players, coaches and parents. The candidate will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our staff is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with all aspects of a youth sports setting.
Customer service is the forefront of this position. The Assistant Site Manager MUST be personable, outgoing and enthusiastic. You must help build a winning culture amongst our team and help deliver an experience for young athletes that leads them to want to come back and help their parents buy in to our culture.
Responsibilities
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
  • Assist with the overall setup and presentation of the i9 Sports fields each morning
  • Help drive a winning culture amongst the staff
  • Be willing and able to learn new sports/rules and aspects of i9 Sports and our culture
  • Have good organizational skills and care for equipment
  • Willing and able to assist on sports fields in any capacity (Coaching, refereeing, etc)
  • Be able to communicate with parents and children, both when they are giving positive feedback and negative.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
  • Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
  • Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
  • Ability to work a Saturdays for the duration of the season (6 weeks per season, year-round)
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check

This job is only on Saturdays for 6 weeks. Approximately 6-8 hours per week. Roughly 7am - 2pm. Additional work will be available but not mandatory, in evenings for marketing events or other sports events
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
