Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join the Fitness Operations team as a Fitness Facility Attendant. The Fitness Facility Attendant will ensure a quality experience for members and guests. This is a part-time position, and is an excellent opportunity to develop skills and experience related to the fields of health, fitness, and sports operations and management.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Diligent monitoring of fitness areas to ensure safety of members and guests
  • Regular assessment of safety of equipment and environment
  • Ability to respond calmly and effectively in the event of an emergency
  • Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple requests within scheduled time frames
  • Meticulous cleaning of assigned areas and equipment
  • Strong initiative to provide basic fitness equipment identification and overview to members and guests
