Job Title: Clubhouse Manager
Location: Forefront Field - Lorain County, OH
Teams Supported: Lake Erie Crushers (Frontier League Baseball) & Lorain County Leviathan FC (USL League 2)
Position Summary
Forefront Field is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily clubhouse operations for both the Lake Erie Crushers and Lorain County Leviathan FC. This role is critical in ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for players, coaches, and staff across both organizations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sports environment and takes pride in operational excellence and team support.
Key Responsibilities
Clubhouse Operations
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the clubhouse at Forefront Field for both teams
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of locker rooms, training areas, and storage spaces
  • Coordinate locker room setup for games, practices, and special events
  • Oversee laundry operations, including uniforms, practice gear, and towels

Team Support & Coordination
  • Serve as primary clubhouse liaison between team staff, coaches, and front office
  • Assist with equipment distribution, inventory tracking, and ordering
  • Ensure timely preparation for home games, practices, and visiting teams
  • Support player needs while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Inventory & Equipment Management
  • Track, store, and organize team equipment and apparel
  • Work with team operations staff on uniform issuance and returns
  • Monitor supplies and submit purchase requests as needed

Game Day & Event Responsibilities
  • Prepare clubhouses for home games and visiting teams
  • Be present on game days to address clubhouse needs and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist with post-game breakdown and reset

Facility Standards & Compliance
  • Uphold league, team, and facility standards at all times
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of clubhouse facilities
  • Report maintenance or facility issues promptly

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sports operations, clubhouse management, equipment management, or facility operations preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Comfortable working long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by game schedules
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs)
  • Passion for sports and team-oriented environments
