About Cosmic Sports
Cosmic Sports is one of the fastest growing organizations in sports. Cosmic Baseball originated in 2024 in Colonial Heights, Virginia. 2025 was the inaugural Cosmic Takeover Tour, selling out weekends in 8 stadiums. In 2026, Cosmic Baseball has sold out multiple games in 30 locations, selling over 750,000 tickets nationwide. In 2027, Cosmic Sports will take Cosmic Baseball, and Cosmic Hockey across the country, introducing millions of fans to a unique UV Reactive sports entertainment experience.
Position Overview
The Sales Operations Manager manages the systems, data, and reporting used by the ticket sales team.
A major part of this role is managing leads from the Cosmic Baseball ticket lottery. This includes pulling lottery entries before tickets go on sale in each market, organizing and loading those leads into the CRM, assigning them to sales reps, and making sure the sales team has accurate information to work from.
This person will also manage the CRM, maintain clean sales data, and build reports that help the company understand sales performance and plan for future markets.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's CRM, including users, permissions, automations, and connections with phone, email, forms, and ticketing systems.
  • Pull ticket lottery entries for each market before tickets go on sale.
  • Clean, organize, and upload leads into the CRM.
  • Assign leads to sales reps based on market and workload.
  • Make sure lottery leads are ready for the sales team before each market goes on sale.
  • Keep CRM data clean and organized, including removing duplicates and outdated records.
  • Compare CRM information with actual ticket sales and settlement reports to make sure reporting is accurate.
  • Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
  • Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, sales activity, and progress toward goals.
  • Use sales data to help with decisions around marketing, sales outreach, staffing, sales goals, territories, and ticket projections.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, revenue operations, business analytics, or a similar role.
  • Experience setting up and managing a CRM.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of customer and sales data.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep information organized.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
  • Able to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Sports industry experience is helpful but not required.

Work Environment
This position works in an office environment and at baseball stadiums across the country during the Cosmic Takeover Tour. Game days can be loud, busy, and fast-paced. Some work may take place outdoors for several hours. The position is primarily desk-based when not working events.
ScheduleThis is a full-time position. The schedule may include extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on the event and tour schedule.
TravelTravel throughout the United States is required as part of the Cosmic Takeover Tour.
