Physical Therapist Practice Manager Sports Clinic - $15,000 Sign On Bonus!
This 500 bed, non-profit hospital combines rural West Texas heritage with suburban Central Texas urban comforts. As the Practice Manager over the 6,000sqft Sports Clinic, this experienced Physical Therapist will coordinate between hospital staff and clinic based therapy team as the local manager while also carrying a small load of patients. This outpatient sports clinic focuses heavily on active adult "return to sport" orthopedics and supports young athletes from more than 20 schools!
Location:
Population 150,000
Cost of living 20% less than US average
Warm summers, mild winters
State Parks known for hiking, swimming, and fishing
Historic Culture District offers art, food, and shopping
Family friendly activities like a zoo, museums, and golf clubs
Compensation:
$95,000 - $121,000 base salary
+ Up to $8,000 leadership bonus
+ $15,000 sign on bonus
+ $34,000 loan forgiveness
+ Relocation assistance
+ 401k w/ match
+ Full benefits starting a just $29!
Shift:
Monday - Thursday
+ half day Fridays!
No weekends!
No holidays!
Responsibilities:
70% working therapist, 30% leadership
Oversee staff of 6 PTs, 4 PTAs, and 9 techs
Average physical therapist sees 12 patients per day
1 hour treatments, dovetail scheduled, supported by 5 techs
Support new Physical Therapist residency program
Occasional support for Friday night football games
Requirements:
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist
Must be experienced in sports-based orthopedics
Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification is a plus
Great attitude with passion for working together like a family
Respectful of faith-based Christian values
