The 3STEP reach spans 40+ states and currently serves more than 3.2 million athletes. We deliver a premier, inspiring, and authentic experience - dedicated to perfecting every aspect of the athlete funnel. Encompassing industry-leading tournaments, nationally spanning club programs, premier media content and more, 3STEP is the standard of the youth sports experience.
PrimeTime Sports, home of grassroots greatness, is a legendary basketball events brand within 3STEP, with a model that is often imitated, but never replicated. PrimeTime Sports continues to blaze trails as the premier event provider of youth basketball in the country, with a no fail sports-event management system.
Position: Site Director
Classification: Contractor
Location: Dallas, TX
Position Summary:
The Site Director is an independent contractor position. The Site Director will be responsible for managing the tournament venue ensuring a smooth experience for coaches, players, and spectators. This is an ideal position for someone interested in sports event management and operations.
PrimeTime is looking to hire multiple independant contractors with availability to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Effectively communicate with team coaches, players, and referees
โ€ข Provide customer service for all parents and participants
โ€ข Assist with site set-up and breakdown
โ€ข Updating scores on tournament application
โ€ข Proper handling and care of all PrimeTime supplies and equipment
โ€ข Any other tasks that are required by the Tournament Director
Requirements
โ€ข Customer service oriented, relevant experience preferred
โ€ข Ability and willingness to work on nights and weekends, for prolonged periods of time
โ€ข Strong communication skills
โ€ข Reliable transportation
โ€ข Willingness to travel to other event sites
โ€ข Previous event management skills preferred
โ€ข Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in sports management or related field of study and/or combination of acceptable education and relative work experience
Pay Rate: $15/Hour
