Position Overview
CUMULUS MEDIA | Houston, Texas has an immediate opening for a Digital Coordinator. This role is an integral part of our digital team and provides administrative support to the account executives & management team. The Digital Assistant will implement effective digital advertising strategies for our clients and have the opportunity to use their passion for digital and audio marketing to develop personalized, innovative, full-scope advertising solutions to meet the marketing needs of new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be efficient, dependable, hardworking and can balance multiple deadline-oriented projects while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary role is acting as a liaison between our sales team, our clients, other inter-company departments and our digital vendors
  • Organize and input both new and revised orders; assist in creating sales proposals, digital campaigns; and provide customer care to help overcome challenges and grow our business
  • Prepares and assembles digital reports, recaps, and presentations
  • Track pacing and performance of all digital campaigns to ensure accurate delivery and campaigns are launched on time
  • Work closely with our local media team to assist with creative, content creation, campaign fulfillment, delivery and recaps
  • Work with the Digital Manager to complete weekly/monthly digital reports
  • Work on highly time sensitive projects, adhering to deadlines
  • Managing multiple project requests simultaneously with quick turnaround time
  • Additional duties as designated by the Digital Manager

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in the digital space and/or working in digital marketing required
  • An understanding of Wide Orbit, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics & Campaign Dashboards is a plus
  • Extensive computer skills including but not limited to extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, image manipulation, social media along with the understanding of digital advertising and assets involved
  • Self-starter that is detail oriented, organized, and must be excellent at written and oral communication and possess strong multitasking skills
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and possess a team player attitude
  • Able to identify client business needs by gaining a deep understanding of their goals, objectives, and processes as well as their external environment including key market and consumer trends to proactively develop customized digital advertising solutions to meet client objectives
  • Highly organized and ability to prioritize and complete all tasks/projects on time
  • High level of competency using internal and external resources/tools to create and input digital sales orders, digital video & audio ads and digital display ads

Pay Range
USD $35,000.00 - USD $40,000.00 /Yr.
