OUR MISSION IS TO HELP KIDS SUCCEED THROUGH SPORTS!
i9 Sports offers youth sports leagues and clinics for kids ages 3-13 in today's most popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis and (T-Ball) baseball. With our focus on fun, safety, convenience, and good sportsmanship, i9 Sports is reinventing the youth sports experience for families across the country. It's the way youth sports should be.
As a Sports Coordinator with i9 Sports, you'll play a key role on the field, enforcing rules and creating a positive, fun atmosphere. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in youth sports while building leadership skills and contributing to a child's athletic journey.
Responsibilities
  • Teach & Demonstrate Core Values: Encourage and instill sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-confidence.
  • Ensure a Safe & Fun Environment: Enforce i9 Sports rules while maintaining a positive, educational experience for all players.
  • Manage Game Day: Keep time and score, instruct players on rules, and ensure appropriate competition for each age group.
  • Fill in as Needed: Step in to coach when volunteers are unavailable.
  • Promote Positive Culture: Be the face of i9 Sports on game days, interacting with parents, players, and coaches to ensure a fun experience for all.

Qualifications:
  • Passion for Sports & Youth Development: You love working with kids and have experience playing, coaching, or officiating sports.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to communicate with children, parents, and coaches in a positive and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Stay calm under pressure and take charge when needed to ensure a smooth, safe environment.
  • Reliability: Available Saturdays from 7 AM to 1 PM, with occasional weeknight shifts.
  • Physical Readiness: Able to lift 25-50 lbs. to set up sports equipment.
  • Background Check: Must pass a National Criminal Background Check

Availability
