i9 Sports offers youth sports leagues and clinics for kids ages 3-13 in today's most popular sports such as Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, and (T-Ball) Baseball. With our focus on fun, safety, convenience, and good sportsmanship, i9 Sports is reinventing the youth sports experience for families across the country. It's the way youth sports should be. This position will require a person with a passion for helping the community maintain the equipment storage facilities for sports
Job Summary
The Utility/Equipment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all sports equipment is well-maintained, delivered, and in working condition. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our sports programs and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our participants.You will be delivering sports equipment to 2 locations which would take an hour maximum each to pickup and drop off when we open in the morning then in the afternoon when we're completed.
Responsibilities
Maintain and organize equipment storage facilities.
  • Deliver and set up equipment at various sports locations.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and safe for use.
  • Perform regular checks and maintenance on equipment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking and ordering new equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure all logistical needs for sports programs are met.
  • Assist in setting up the fields for the team
  • Report to the Site Manager.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and set up sports equipment on the field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • MUST HAVE A TRUCK OR VAN TO DELIVER SPORTS EQUIPMENT TO 2 LOCATIONS: BUENA PARK AND FULLERTON
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently, solve problems, and be proactive.
  • Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
  • MUST BE DEPENDABLE. The entire program depends on you to come to the field with the equipment.
