Sport Clips Haircuts in Carmel is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love, cutting hair.

    What You'll Do
  • Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination

  • Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
  • Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards

What We're Looking For
  • Active IN Cosmetology or Barber License
