Cegekaโ€™s afdeling Flanders Digital bouwt samen met de Vlaamse Overheid aan moderne dataplatformen op basis van o.a. Microsoft Fabric. Deze platformen vormen de basis voor datagedreven beleid rond themaโ€™s zoals wonen en energie. We kijken momenteel uit naar een Data Platform Analyst die ervoor zal zorgen dat deze platformen effectief waarde opleveren voor de organisatie. Je werkt op het snijvlak van gebruikers, beleid en data engineering in een productgedreven datateam.

  • Als brug tussen business en technologie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van businessvragen naar concrete oplossingen op het dataplatform, en waak je erover dat deze oplossingen effectief gebruikt worden en waarde leveren.
  • Je analyseert vragen van business en beleidsgebruikers en je vertaalt deze noden naar duidelijke requirements voor het dataplatformteam.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met data engineers en BI profielen binnen een Microsoft Fabric omgeving.
  • Je valideert of de opgeleverde oplossingen correct en bruikbaar zijn (testing, acceptatie).
  • Je communiceert resultaten en inzichten naar stakeholders en je begeleidt hen in het gebruik.
  • Je detecteert proactief opportuniteiten waar data extra waarde kan creรซren.
  • Je krijgt de ruimte om ownership te nemen over use cases, stakeholders mee te nemen en impact te realiseren op schaal van Vlaanderen.
Wat breng jij mee?
  • Je hebt ervaring in een rol op het snijvlak van business en data (functioneel analist, data analyst, product analyst, โ€ฆ).
  • Je kan businessvragen structureren en vertalen naar technische requirements.
  • Je begrijpt hoe dataplatformen werken (data pipelines, modellering, rapportering).
  • Je hebt ervaring met SQL en/ of data visualisatie (Power BI).
  • Je bent bekend met testing en validatie van data-oplossingen.
  • Je bent sterk in communicatie en stakeholder management.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Fabric, Azure of gelijkaardige platformen (bv. Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake, Cloudera) is een pluspunt.
  • Deed je al ervaring op in een overheidscontext of werkte je al met beleidsdata? Ook dat is voor deze functie een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt 1 dag/ week vanuit het Cegeka-kantoor in Leuven, en 1 dag/ week ben je onsite bij de klant in Brussel. Op de overige dagen is er de mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk.
