Job Description

Perform assigned grounds maintenance duties under the supervision of the grounds supervisor(s).

Required Qualifications

Basic experience and knowledge of grounds maintenance procedures. Ability to respond within 30 minutes in emergency situations. Ability to lift heavy loads. Knowledge to operate a variety of motor vehicles.
Valid driver's license required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating powered lawn and turf maintenance equipment. Grounds maintenance experience on a large or small scale.

Employment Conditions: This position is designated as essential & emergency personnel and will be required to work during emergency closings/situations. A valid driver's license is required.
