What You'll Do
  • Lead the Event Staff team by recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Work alongside your team during Event Staff shifts each week, providing leadership while maintaining firsthand knowledge of daily operations.
  • Coordinate parking operations for select Sports Complex and Retreat Center events, ensuring safe, effcient traffic flow and guest service.
  • Recruit, train, and schedule parking staff while preparing equipment and coordinating event logistics.
  • Determine parking fees, oversee secure collection of funds, and reconcile proceeds according to established procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of Sports Complex equipment and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and replacement planning.
  • Work with vendors and the SCRC General Manager to budget for equipment needs and support operational priorities.
  • Monitor events in real time, proactively resolving issues to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Partner with departments across the campus to coordinate successful events and operational support.
  • Develop and implement consistent operational plans for youth camps, including recruiting staff for instruction and participant supervision.
  • Support youth camp growth by helping achieve annual enrollment goals through outreach and invitations to prospective participants.
  • Promote a safe, organized, and welcoming environment while ensuring facilities, equipment, and event spaces are prepared for success.
  • Model Christian leadership by fostering spiritual growth, teamwork, and a culture that reflects the mission and values of Athletes in Action.
