Position Overview:
The Manager of Internal Communications Channels & Content Strategy leads the day-to-day strategy, management, and continuous improvement of Monumental Sports & Entertainment's employee communications channels, editorial planning, digital workplace platform, and communication analytics. This role is responsible for delivering engaging, timely, and effective communications that help employees stay informed, connected, and aligned with business priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations of internal communications platforms, including employee newsletters, intranet platforms, and digital workplace tools.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and business owner for employee communications platforms, user experience, and platform improvements.
  • Develop and manage the internal communications editorial strategy, content calendar, and publishing governance across enterprise channels.
  • Manage editorial calendars, publishing schedules, and content workflows across internal communications channels.
  • Efficiently create, edit, and publish content that supports organizational priorities, employee engagement, business initiatives, and company culture.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop communications that effectively reach and engage employees.
  • Coordinate content across multiple channels to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with established messaging and communication standards.
  • Support development and execution of communication campaigns, leadership communications, organizational announcements, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain communications measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights into employee engagement, channel performance, and communications effectiveness.
  • Find opportunities to improve the employee communications experience through technology, AI-enabled tools, process improvements, and evolving digital communication practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, content strategy, digital communications, or related fields.
  • Experience managing internal communications channels such as intranets, employee newsletters, digital workplace platforms, or content management systems.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience using communications analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivering a high-quality employee communications experience.

Pay Range: $70k - $85k USD
