Sports Medicine Physician | Full-Time

Location: Seattle Metro Area, Washington

A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle Metro Area is seeking a full-time Sports Medicine Physician to join its growing musculoskeletal and orthopedic services team. The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

Position Overview

• Provide comprehensive non-operative sports medicine care for athletes and active individuals of all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and conditions
• Perform ultrasound-guided procedures and joint injections as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and primary care providers
• Evaluate sports-related injuries, concussion management, overuse injuries, and return-to-play decisions
• Opportunity to participate in community outreach, sports coverage, and athlete education programs
• EPIC EMR with integrated imaging and clinical workflow tools
• Established referral network within a large primary care and orthopedic system

This opportunity offers a dynamic clinical practice with access to advanced diagnostic resources, multidisciplinary support, and the ability to develop special interests within sports medicine.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation with Sports Medicine fellowship training
• Fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine
• Eligible for Washington State medical license
• Active or eligible DEA registration
• Experience with musculoskeletal ultrasound and image-guided procedures preferred
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
