This is a high-impact role focused on transforming commercial, sponsorship, and fan data into actionable insight for senior leadership and commercial partners. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering best-in-class reporting, valuation modelling, and performance analysis across the team's global sponsorship portfolio.

Working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, partnerships, CRM, and digital teams, you will help drive data-led decision making in one of the most innovative and fast-paced environments in sport.

You will work alongside elite talent in a collaborative and ambitious environment where data sits at the center of strategic decision making.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track sponsorship ROI, brand visibility, fan engagement, and partnership performance
  • Analyze data across media valuation platforms, CRM systems, ticketing platforms, digital channels, and social media to uncover actionable commercial insights
  • Deliver post-race, post-event, and seasonal reporting that clearly communicates partnership exposure, audience reach, and KPI performance
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify industry trends, partnership opportunities, and areas for commercial growth
  • Support sponsorship acquisition and renewal discussions through data-driven valuation modelling and ROI analysis
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting automation, and executive-level visualization
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and commercial stakeholders
  • Help shape the long-term commercial intelligence and analytics strategy of the organization

Requirements

What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience within data analytics, commercial intelligence, business intelligence, or sponsorship analytics
  • Strong dashboarding and data visualization experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Experience working with CRM, media valuation, digital, ticketing, or audience engagement data
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling capability; SQL experience preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience within sport, entertainment, media, sponsorship, or high-performance environments is highly advantageous
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong attention to detail
