The opportunity

Delaware North is seeking an Operations Manager to lead operations at Titletown District and Ariens Hill in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this role, you will oversee concessions, park operations, and café services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across these premier destinations. The Operations Manager will drive operational excellence, support business growth and profitability, and foster strong client and guest relationships by delivering high-quality products, efficient service, and outstanding hospitality.

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Oversee the team, including developing, promoting, corrective counseling, mentoring, evaluating performance, and providing positive feedback to improve overall performance.
  • Manage and oversee restaurant and concessions operations effectively and efficiently according to Delaware North hospitality standards within 46 Below Cafe, Titletown park activations, 4th & Strong Cafe, and Skating & Tubing operations
  • Oversee alcohol compliance, training and quality standards, including, but not limited to Delaware North’s 4 Key Elements of Service, S.E.R.V.E, on the job training, etc.
  • Maintain existing programs and develop new creative concepts that ensure the highest possible quality of food service.
  • Oversee prices and portions for products and services within approved profit plan guidelines.
  • Provide and administer, in accordance with corporate policy, an effective system for cash, inventory, payroll, and yield control. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper repair and maintenance of foodservice equipment; initiate capital budget to replace, remodel equipment and facilities.
  • Directly accountable for budget and profitability of departments with the General Manager. Develop financial objectives consistent with company objectives.
More about you
  • Minimum of three years' management experience in a high-volume concession or catering environment, preferably in a venue of significant size and scope, as well as prior food service operations experience.
  • Familiarity with standard food and beverage equipment, inventory, cost control, and purchasing.
  • Strong leadership skills are a must.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen; analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Familiar with POS and inventory software.
  • No degree required.
